Seacycle main features - Fast pedal boat

Efficient drive unit with propeller

Fast pedal boat

The 2 propellers on a SEACYCLE are extremely efficient compared to paddle wheels. It makes the Seacycle a FAST PEDAL BOAT.

Note that paddle wheels have desappeared from boats at the beginning of the 19th century when the propeller was invented !

Sleek hull design

Seacycle dimension 15ft x 6 ftThe 15 ft (4.5 m) long hull design combined with a large width of 6 ft (2 m), same dimension as a BMW car, makes the Seacycle glide easily on water.

Cruising speed of 7-8 km/h

Sprint at 13 +km/h

It maintains great speed and stability, even through 3 ft waves and wind. It is literally a fast pedal boat.

No bathing suit required

High above the water, you won’t get wet.

You can then enjoy a ride, no matter the season.

One or two persons can pedal

The rudder system keeps the Seacycle on track.

The Seacycle can be driven solo or by two persons. Other person may sit at the back and just relax…and have a drink !

Two persons can pedal at different rythm.

Also, one person can pedal and the other person can just relax without pedaling at all.

Electric Pedal Boat

Electric pedal boatCreate an electric pedal boat with the Seacycle.

There is no adaptor needed. Simply buy a standard electric troling motor such as a MinnKota at your local store and attach it directly on the stabilizer bar that comes with the Seacycle.

Use the Seacycle rudder to keep your electric pedal boat on track !

You will be able to reach a good 7 km/h. About the same as pedaling. If you want to go faster, you can always add the pedaling.
